September 2026 Quarterly Meeting

The Quarterly meeting was held on 9/8/26. Matt Rankin prepared an excellent BBQ dinner. 29 members attended. Peter Sorrentino arranged for representatives from Glock who displayed firearms and provided ammo so members could test them on our range. This was a welcome surprise. We hope to have Glock return. B. Louth provided financials; the Club has $118k in CDs earning approx. 4% interest and in checking accounts. The work party in June had 25 members participate. D. Michno reported we have 212 members down from 242 last year. Members were asked about this decline as well as low attendance at Quarterly meetings. A question was raised: should we continue to have a meal at Quarterly meetings due to the cost. The consensus is the Q. meetings should have a meal. Due to a lack of a quorum, a vote to amend the Bylaws could not be taken regarding making RFID cards for the new gate Club property. 50/50 raffle won by Peter Franks and a bayonet was won by Ed Dudek. Next Q meeting is 1/12/27.
